The estimate for your property is the final scope. These groups show what is normal, conditional or separately priced.

- Baseboard, casing and crown installation
- Coped internal corners rather than mitered
- Scribing to uneven ceilings and floors
- Removal of existing trim

Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- Crown molding on a ceiling that is not flat needs either scribing or a reveal detail. We will tell you which the room needs before the material is ordered.
- Painting is a separate scope unless it is included in the estimate.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
