Bathrooms and kitchens are the main focus, from repairs and partial updates to broader renovation scopes. Other renovation or repair work may still be a fit; send the details and address so we can confirm.
Do you work only with homeowners?
Homeowners are the main audience, but Livanzh LLC also considers suitable projects for landlords, property managers and commercial clients. Fit depends on the work, location, schedule and budget.
How much will my project cost?
Price depends on existing conditions, measurements, materials, access and the exact scope. After the required information or site assessment, you receive a written estimate with inclusions, exclusions and assumptions.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on scope, material availability, site conditions, permits or specialist work, and the current schedule. Livanzh LLC provides a project-specific schedule after the scope is understood.
Can a renovation include plumbing, electrical, gas or HVAC work?
When a project includes work that requires a licensed trade, the appropriate specialist is engaged for that part of the scope.
Are estimates free?
Estimates are free. There is no travel fee within 10 miles of our Rochester base. Beyond 10 miles, a travel fee based on travel costs and time is confirmed before scheduling.
