Interior Painting

Preparation and painting, where the preparation is most of the work and most of the result.

Site visitsA site visit is normally needed before a final estimate. Nothing is charged up front. If you accept the estimate electronically the visit is free. If you do not, we invoice $50 for the visit 30 days after the estimate was provided. Full policy

What this work usually includes.

The estimate for your property is the final scope. These groups show what is normal, conditional or separately priced.

Usually included

  • Surface preparation, filling and sanding
  • Masking and protection
  • Priming where the substrate needs it
  • Finish coats

If conditions require it

Priced separately

  • Stripping failed existing coatings

What the finished surface conceals.

The illustration makes the condition or sequence behind the finished work visible.

Three illustrated stages show a protected floor and trim, a localized wall repair and primer, then a finished wall junction.

Important boundaries.

Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.

Service-specific limits

  • Paint does not hide a surface defect; it emphasises it. Where preparation is needed to reach the finish you want, it is in the estimate.
  • Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint. Where disturbance is possible, that is established before work begins and handled under the appropriate rules rather than sanded through.

Before work starts.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.

Weighing more than one estimate? What a detailed estimate includes is the checklist to read them against.

Start with the work you have in mind.
