What this work usually includes.
The estimate for your property is the final scope. These groups show what is normal, conditional or separately priced.
Usually included
- Assessing the existing finish for adhesion and for what it is, since the wrong coating over an unknown one fails as a sheet rather than in patches.
- Agreeing the repair standard before work starts — how flat, how smooth, and under what light it will be judged.
- Filling, sanding and spot-priming so repairs do not flash through the finish coat.
- Cutting-in and coverage checked under the room’s own lighting rather than under a work lamp.
- Color boundaries at ceilings, trim and adjoining rooms agreed and marked before cutting in.
- Protection and daily reinstatement so the room is usable between visits.

Important boundaries.
Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- Paint does not correct a wall. Where the surface is out enough that a coating will show it, that is demonstrated before work rather than discovered under the first coat.
- A wall with an active moisture or movement cause is not painted over. The finish would fail and the cause would still be there.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
