What this work usually includes.
The estimate for your property is the final scope. These groups show what is normal, conditional or separately priced.
Usually included
- Testing adhesion on the existing finish before anything is agreed — factory-finished cabinetry is the most common failure in this work.
- Identifying the substrate, since thermofoil, laminate and melamine each behave differently from wood and some cannot be coated at all.
- Degreasing kitchen cabinetry properly, because cooking residue defeats primer more often than poor paint does.
- Doors and drawer fronts removed, labeled and finished off the cabinet box where access allows it.
- A coating system chosen for handling and cleaning rather than for appearance alone.
- Cure time stated separately from dry time, since cabinetry is handled constantly and marks before it has hardened.

Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- A substrate that will not hold a coating is not coated. Where the adhesion test fails, the honest answer is refacing or replacement, and the painting is declined.
- Cabinetry returns to full use on the cure schedule, not the dry schedule. That timing is agreed before work begins, because it is the part of this job people plan around.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
