Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- A built-in is fitted to the room as found. Later changes to the walls or floor will show at the joint.
- Load ratings for shelving depend on the fixing substrate, which is confirmed before the design is agreed.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
