- Removing existing cabinets
- Setting, leveling and scribing to walls and floors that are not square
- Filler, panel and trim work to close the gaps
- Door and drawer alignment
- Surveying walls, floor and ceiling for level, plumb and square before installation is scheduled.
- Establishing the highest point of the floor and setting the run from it, so doors and drawers align across the whole kitchen.
- Confirming service positions against the layout before cabinets arrive.
- Fixing into structure, with cabinets leveled and packed rather than pulled tight to an uneven wall.
- Scribing fillers and end panels to the building instead of caulking a tapering gap.
- Doors and drawers adjusted after the run is fixed and loaded, not before.

What to know before work begins
Plumbing, electrical, gas and HVACWhen a project includes work that requires a licensed trade, the appropriate specialist is engaged for that part of the scope.
Other limits
- We install what is supplied. If a unit is damaged, short-shipped or wrong, that is a supplier matter and it will affect the schedule.
- Countertop fabrication is templated after installation by the countertop supplier.
- Cabinetry is not installed to a layout that has not been checked against the room. A plan drawn elsewhere is verified on site before anything is ordered.
- Where the floor or wall is out beyond what scribing and packing can absorb, that is raised before installation - the alternative is a run that looks wrong and cannot be corrected afterwards.

Who supplies each material is agreed for the project and recorded in the written estimate. We confirm purchasing responsibilities before work begins.
