Changing part of a kitchen without rebuilding it, and knowing which parts can be changed independently.
Site visitsA site visit is normally needed before a final estimate. Nothing is charged up front. If you accept the estimate electronically the visit is free. If you do not, we invoice $50 for the visit 30 days after the estimate was provided. Full policy
What this work usually includes.
The estimate for your property is the final scope. These groups show what is normal, conditional or separately priced.
Usually included
- Replacing doors, drawer fronts and hardware
- Backsplash replacement
If conditions require it
- Replacing a countertop with the cabinet boxes in place
- Painting existing cabinetry

Important boundaries.
Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- The cabinet boxes have to be sound for a partial update to be worth doing. If they are not, we will tell you rather than take the work.
- A countertop change often forces a backsplash change; the two are rarely independent.
Before work starts.
Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
