What to know before work begins

Other limits
- A patch in a large flat wall under raking light will usually be findable. We will tell you where that risk applies rather than promise otherwise.
- Recurring cracks are a symptom. Repairing them without establishing why means repairing them again.
- A repair in a wall lit by raking light is visible in some conditions. That is a property of the light, not of the workmanship, and it is said before the work rather than after.
- Cracking that is structural is reported as structural. Filling it again is a repeat visit, and the third repair in the same place is a question about what is moving.

Who supplies each material is agreed for the project and recorded in the written estimate. We confirm purchasing responsibilities before work begins.
