Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- A patch in a large flat wall under raking light will usually be findable. We will tell you where that risk applies rather than promise otherwise.
- Recurring cracks are a symptom. Repairing them without establishing why means repairing them again.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
