What this work usually includes.
The estimate for your property is the final scope. These groups show what is normal, conditional or separately priced.
Usually included
- Treating leaf, jamb and stop as one set, so the finish reads consistently when the door is open as well as closed.
- Removing or masking hardware rather than cutting around it, which is where doors most often look repainted.
- Testing the existing coating for what it is before recoating.
- Edges and top of the leaf included, since an unsealed top edge takes on moisture and moves.
- Sequencing so doors can be closed overnight without sticking to the jamb.
- Latch and strike operation checked after the finish has built, since coating changes the fit.

Important boundaries.
Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- A door that binds before painting will bind after it. Fitting problems are adjusted or reported first, not absorbed into a paint job that adds thickness.
- Fire-rated doors are not modified. Where a rated assembly needs work beyond coating, it goes to the discipline responsible for it.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
