What this work usually includes.
The estimate for your property is the final scope. These groups show what is normal, conditional or separately priced.
Usually included
- Identifying stains by cause before coating, since water, nicotine and smoke each need a different blocking primer.
- Confirming the cause of any water staining is resolved before the ceiling is closed up.
- Texture matched where a repair is local, agreed as a range rather than promised as invisible.
- Working to the raking light in the room, which shows every roller lap a wall would hide.
- Access planned around fixtures and furniture, with reinstatement at the end of each day.
- Cut lines to walls agreed where the ceiling and wall colors differ.

Important boundaries.
Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- A stain is not painted over until its source is dealt with. It returns through the new coating, usually within a season, and the second attempt costs more.
- Matching an existing sprayed or textured ceiling in a local repair is a close approach, not an invisible one, and it is described that way before it is agreed.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
