Site visitsA site visit is normally needed before a final estimate. Nothing is charged up front. If you accept the estimate electronically the visit is free. If you do not, we invoice $50 for the visit 30 days after the estimate was provided. Full policy

Important boundaries.
Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- Tile in a wet area is a waterproofing job first. We will not set tile in a shower without the assembly behind it being right.
- Layout is agreed before setting begins, because it cannot be changed afterwards.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
