What this work usually includes.
The estimate for your property is the final scope. These groups show what is normal, conditional or separately priced.
Usually included
- Substrate preparation and assessment before waterproofing
- A waterproofing system appropriate to the assembly
- Movement joints where the installation needs them
- Tile setting, grouting and sealing
If conditions require it
- Replacing a substrate that will not take the system
Important boundaries.
Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- We do not tile over an existing waterproofing layer we have not verified, because the failure will not appear until it is expensive.
- Grout is not waterproof. Anyone selling it as the barrier is selling a callback.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
