The estimate for your property is the final scope. These groups show what is normal, conditional or separately priced.
Usually included
- Vanity removal and installation, leveled and scribed
- Mirror, lighting trim and accessory installation
- Sealing at the wall and countertop junctions
If conditions require it
- Connecting to existing supply and waste where positions match
Priced separately
- Adjusting supply or waste to a new vanity footprint
Important boundaries.
Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- If the existing supply or waste positions do not match the new unit, that becomes plumbing work and is coordinated accordingly.
- Wall condition behind a removed vanity is not known until it is removed.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
