- Vanity removal and installation, leveled and scribed

- Sealing at the wall and countertop junctions
- Measuring against the walls as they are, since bathroom walls are rarely square and a factory unit will not accommodate that on its own.
- Confirming supply and waste positions against the chosen unit before it is ordered, not after it arrives.
- Setting the unit level and packed to the floor rather than shimmed at the visible edge.
- Sealing at the wall and the top so water goes where it is meant to and the joint stays serviceable.
- Leaving isolation and access reachable, so a future repair does not begin by dismantling the finish.

What to know before work begins
Plumbing, electrical, gas and HVACWhen a project includes work that requires a licensed trade, the appropriate specialist is engaged for that part of the scope.
Other limits
- If the existing supply or waste positions do not match the new unit, that becomes plumbing work and is coordinated accordingly.
- Wall condition behind a removed vanity is not known until it is removed.
- A unit that does not fit the existing services is not forced into place. Relocating supply or waste is separate work, assessed and agreed before it is carried out.
- Fixtures supplied by the customer are installed only where they can be installed to method. Where a fitting cannot be made sound, it is not fitted - the failure would be attributed to the installation.

Who supplies each material is agreed for the project and recorded in the written estimate. We confirm purchasing responsibilities before work begins.
