Important boundaries.
Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- A partial repair to a failed waterproofing system is not a repair. If the assembly behind the tile has failed, we will say so and price the rebuild instead of covering it.
- A tile match to an existing installation is rarely exact, and we will show you before proceeding.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
