- Matching existing finishes where possible, with the achievable match stated in advance.
- Sequencing so the bathroom is out of use for as short a period as the scope allows.
- Confirming that existing services support the change before fixtures are ordered.
- A written scope naming what is changed and what is left, so the boundary is agreed rather than assumed.

What to know before work begins
Plumbing, electrical, gas and HVACWhen a project includes work that requires a licensed trade, the appropriate specialist is engaged for that part of the scope.
Other limits
- A partial repair to a failed waterproofing system is not a repair. If the assembly behind the tile has failed, we will say so and price the rebuild instead of covering it.
- A tile match to an existing installation is rarely exact, and we will show you before proceeding.
- If the problem keeps returning, we find the cause before repairing it again.
- Where a partial update would sit on an assembly near the end of its life, that is said - including when it means recommending a larger scope or no work at all.
Do you provide materials?
Who supplies each material is agreed for the project and recorded in the written estimate. We confirm purchasing responsibilities before work begins.
