What to know before work begins
Plumbing, electrical, gas and HVACWhen a project includes work that requires a licensed trade, the appropriate specialist is engaged for that part of the scope.
Other limits
- A recurring arrangement is not an emergency call-out contract and does not carry a response-time commitment.
- Anything above the agreed threshold waits for an approval rather than proceeding on assumption.
- Maintenance does not include the renewal of an element at the end of its life. When something is worn out rather than needing attention, it is reported as replacement and priced separately.
- Anything outside the agreed list is quoted and agreed before it is carried out, never added to an invoice afterwards.
Do you provide materials?
Who supplies each material is agreed for the project and recorded in the written estimate. We confirm purchasing responsibilities before work begins.
Do I need photos to request an estimate?
No. Photos are optional, but they can help us understand the existing condition.
