What to know before work begins
Plumbing, electrical, gas and HVACWhen a project includes work that requires a licensed trade, the appropriate specialist is engaged for that part of the scope.
Other limits
- Site induction, insurance and access requirements are confirmed before a first visit rather than discovered at the door.
- Regulated electrical, plumbing and gas work is coordinated with the appropriate licensed specialist for the project rather than performed under a license of our own.
- Work that would leave a space unsafe or unusable at opening is not started without an agreed plan for that. A half-finished area in a working building is a liability, not progress.
- Regulated systems are not adjusted outside the discipline licensed for them, whatever the schedule pressure.
Do you provide materials?
Who supplies each material is agreed for the project and recorded in the written estimate. We confirm purchasing responsibilities before work begins.
Do I need photos to request an estimate?
No. Photos are optional, but they can help us understand the existing condition.
