- Protecting belongings and routes through the property, and restoring the space at the end of each day rather than at the end of the job.
- Working in stages that leave the essential rooms usable overnight.
- Containing dust and noise within the agreed areas and working hours so the home remains usable during the repair.
- Keeping the resident informed about the schedule and the next stage of work.
- A defined completion point so the resident knows when their home is theirs again.

What to know before work begins
Plumbing, electrical, gas and HVACWhen a project includes work that requires a licensed trade, the appropriate specialist is engaged for that part of the scope.
Other limits
- Notice and permission to enter are the owner or manager’s responsibility. We attend on confirmed arrangements.
- An occupied unit takes longer for the same scope, and an estimate that ignores that is not an estimate.
- Work requiring the property to be empty is identified as such at assessment rather than discovered halfway through with a family in the building.
- Where the safe method cannot be followed with the unit occupied, the work is deferred or the unit is vacated. It is not done a compromised way because the timing is difficult.
Do you provide materials?
Who supplies each material is agreed for the project and recorded in the written estimate. We confirm purchasing responsibilities before work begins.
Do I need photos to request an estimate?
No. Photos are optional, but they can help us understand the existing condition.
