The estimate for your property is the final scope. These groups show what is normal, conditional or separately priced.

- Subfloor flatness assessment against the product tolerance
- Underlay appropriate to the product and the subfloor
- Click and glue-down installation
- Expansion gaps and transitions

Important boundaries.
Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- Manufacturer flatness tolerance is not optional. Installing outside it voids the warranty and the joints will separate.
- These products need acclimatisation before installation; a same-day delivery and install is not a schedule we will agree to.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
