Site visitsA site visit is normally needed before a final estimate. Nothing is charged up front. If you accept the estimate electronically the visit is free. If you do not, we invoice $50 for the visit 30 days after the estimate was provided. Full policy

Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- Floor coverings and adhesives from certain periods may contain asbestos. Where that is possible, work stops until it is tested, and abatement is not something we perform.
- What is under the floor is unknown until it is up, and the estimate says so before it says a number.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
