Licensed specialistsWhere a job needs regulated electrical, plumbing or gas work, that part is carried out by the appropriate licensed specialist. Livanzh LLC coordinates it and identifies it in the written scope.
Service-specific limits
- Pressure damages some surfaces permanently, and older mortar, soft masonry and certain sidings are among them. Where that is the risk we will say no rather than take the work.
- Exterior work is weather and season dependent and scheduled accordingly.

Materials responsibility is agreed for each project and written into the scope. Livanzh LLC assesses the conditions, states inclusions and exclusions, and prices changes for approval before carrying them out.
