Urgent
Unsafe conditions and urgent property damage.
If there is immediate danger to people or property, leave the affected area if needed and call 911 or the relevant utility first. Livanzh LLC does not provide emergency dispatch, and the project request form is for non-urgent work.
Call emergency help firstImmediate danger belongs with 911, the relevant utility or the appropriate licensed emergency trade first. Contact Livanzh LLC only after people are safe and the active hazard is under control.
Call these services first.
If any of these is happening now, use the service named before contacting Livanzh LLC.
- Gas smell
- Leave the building without using switches or flames, then call 911 or your gas utility emergency line.
- Fire or electrocution risk
- Call 911. Do not wait for a contractor or use the project request form.
- Live electrical hazard
- Stay away from the affected area and call 911 if anyone is in danger; otherwise call the utility or an appropriate licensed electrician.
- Structural movement or collapse risk
- Leave the affected area and call 911 if collapse appears possible. Follow local building-department instructions once everyone is safe.
After the immediate danger is controlled.
Call Livanzh LLC only after people are safe and the emergency service or utility has controlled the active hazard.
- Describe the remaining condition
- Explain what happened, what the emergency service or utility did, and what damage remains visible.
- Identify the next assessment
- Livanzh LLC confirms whether the remaining repair appears to fit and what information or site assessment would be needed.
- Separate regulated work
- The scope states whether a licensed plumber, electrician or other regulated specialist must be arranged and who is responsible for doing so.
- Write the permanent repair scope
- Any repair Livanzh LLC agrees to is defined and priced before that work begins.
Calling Livanzh LLC does not create an emergency dispatch, arrival-time commitment or repair deadline. We confirm whether the remaining work fits and what next step is available.
